Full disclosure...I am not a professional chef. I have, however, a great passion for food and the preparation of food for my kids, family and friends.
Being a trained aircraft mechanic and spending nearly 40 years in the aviation industry across many technical disciplines, I have an appreciation for the use of quality tools, equipment and materials; the proper application of techniques; and the effective execution of proven methods.
That being said, nothing that I describe here is beyond your reach. You probably share in my passion if you are reading this. I wish to pass along some of the lessons that I have learned to give back just as so many have given to me.
